How to return your item:

- Before any return, please send an email at info@timering.com
- You have 7 calendar days to return a watch from the date you received it
- To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused, without any marks or scratches and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
- You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return

Refunds & Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and verified, I’m sending you an email to let you know that I received your returned watch. I will also inform you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If you have been approved, you have the choice to replace your TIMERING watch with another TIMERING watch or receive a credit note.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary. If you are returning the watch you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
